Anthony Criddle, Conrac Solutions’ Vice President of Operations, has been selected to join Brigham Young University’s Construction and Facility Management Industry Advisory Council. 

Criddle will sit among notable facility and property management professionals, directors and executives who will provide direction, strategy and advice in developing the future of BYU’s Facility Management program. “It is an honor to put the breadth and depth of my facilities management experience to use in helping shape future leaders of the industry,” says Criddle of the new role.

Additionally, Criddle comments, “It is important to properly prepare students for the increasingly complex and evolving realm of facilities management. Building owners and investors understand qualified facilities managers are essential to business success. Providing a solid financial, management, technical and commercial foundation is critical to future industry leadership.”

As an alumnus of BYU’s FM program, Criddle’s professional experience includes nearly a decade of facility administration and management in the greater Seattle area.

At Conrac Solutions, Criddle oversees the development, activation and delivery of facility and fueling services for existing and new consolidated rental car facilities.

Criddle plays an integral role in obtaining rental car/host facility consensus on operating budgets, vendor selections, accounting structures and contract negotiations. Additionally, Criddle is a Class A underground storage tank operator in Washington State and has extensive experience with fuel systems, car wash mechanics and Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety.

Criddle’s achievement in facility activation and opening is displayed by successful operations in Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL, San Diego, CA, Austin, TX and Salt Lake City, UT. Additionally, Criddle provides operational design consultation, which includes past work in San Diego, CA, and Portland, OR.

In addition to Criddle, a majority of Conrac Solutions’ executive leadership team and site managers possess academic degrees in facility management, professional training credentials and/or IFMA certification. As leaders in the consolidated rental car facility industry, Conrac Solutions combines real world experience with education to best meet and exceed client needs and stay on the forefront of industry developments and changes.   

BYU’s FPM program is one of only several in the country accredited by the International Facility Management Association.
