Description
This facility provides access to both rent-a-cars and parking and includes three operational levels with a basement for equipment and storage. It also features 12 electronic car charging stations, a service animal relief station and various other concessions and amenities.

Starting with the conclusion of construction, CS Operators was brought-in as a consultant to advise the airport and general contractor. Subsequently, CS Operators was hired as interim manager to bridge the gap between substantial completion and turnover to rent-a-car tenants. CS Operators then won the competitive bid to activate and operate the facility.
